BUCKEYE, AZ – March 19, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The Town of Buckeye has given its approval for Sun State Builders to construct a 450,000 SF industrial building located at the intersection of Apache and Yuma roads.
Buckeye prides itself with its new approach to speeding the building process with an “open for business” attitude designed to give developers surety in their decision process. Members of the town council have worked with the economic development department to seek out ways of changing the way the town meets developer needs. On this project, once the agreement is signed with the town, the building can be ready for occupancy in six to eight months. That is a full six months ahead of a traditional schedule.
Stein Koss and Tom Louer, Principals with Lee & Associates Arizona have been charged with securing tenants for this project. Winton Architects will design the project.
“This is a signifi cant project for the town of Buckeye and a great opportunity for a tenant needing freeway proximity and exposure in the far west I-10 corridor,” said Koss.
The building can be divided to accommodate multiple clients and is situated adjacent to I-10.
