GILBERT, AZ – March 14, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — A Tempe-based company signed a 123-month lease for a 62,413 SF manufacturing facility at 900 N. Fiesta Blvd., in Gilbert.
Air Transport Components is consolidating from two facilities totaling 53,000 SF and expanding at the same time. The new facility has excess land to accommodate growth of approximately 30,000 SF in the future. LGE Design Build acquired the property and served as its developer.
The transaction was brokered entirely by Bob Kling and Dave Johnson, Principals with Lee & Associates Arizona.
The freestanding building, built in 1999, is situated on 6.65 acres and features 11 exterior grade-level loading docks, a 4:1,000 parking ratio and is centrally-located in the East Valley and is surrounded by major transportation corridors as U.S. 60 and Loop 101.
Air Transport Components is an approved FAA repair station with both Class 1 and Class 2 accessory ratings. It’s capability and ratings allow for the repair and overhaul of an in depth list of component parts including fl ight surfaces, hydraulics, structures, doors and crew seats for both narrow and wide body commercial aircraft.
