SCOTTSDALE, AZ – May 13, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Pennsylvania-based Heckmann Corp. signed a 20,162 SF lease at The Pinnacle in Kierland I, 14624 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale. The 10-year lease commences in the third quarter 2013. The space is in shell condition and the tenant has been provided tenant improvement monies to fi nish the space.

Heckmann Corp. is an environmental solutions company that focuses on the delivery, collection, treatment, recycling, and disposal of restricted solids, water, waste water, used motor oil, spent antifreeze, waste fl uids and hydrocarbons.
