Phoenix, AZ - February 29, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- Sperry Van Ness – SVN Partners in Greater Phoenix is pleased to announce the sale of 2680-2730 S. Val Vista, Buildings 5 & 15 in the medical and professional office condominium project of Spectrum Falls for $1,050,000. The Class-A office buildings totaling 7,280 square feet were built in 2006 and were part of a multi-tenant NNN investment. All but 600 square feet were occupied at the time of the sale. The bank owned buildings were purchased by Scottsdale Investment Management of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Phoenix, AZ - January 11, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- Sperry Van Ness – SVN Partners in Greater Phoenix announced the sale of 2730 S. Val Vista Bld 8N (3,039 SF) & 2680 S. Val Vista Rd. Bld 11(3,039 SF) in the medical and professional office condominium project of Spectrum Falls for $410,265 and $334,290 respectively. The Class-A office buildings were built in 2006 and will both be owner-user occupied. Building 8N included a high-end build out and office furnishings. The buyer of Building 11 has expanded into the purchased space and owns space in another building nearby.

Phoenix, AZ - September 21, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Sperry Van Ness – SVN Partners announced that Goodman and Partridge OB/GYN has signed a ten year, 8,500 square foot lease in Rome Towers located at 1760 E. Pecos Rd in Gilbert, Arizona. Goodman and Partridge OB/GYN intends to begin occupying the new space at the beginning of 2012. Goodman and Partridge OB/GYN has offices in various locations throughout the Phoenix metro area and has been providing care to women in the valley since 1976. Rome Towers represents one of the most high profile mixed-use buildings in the southeast valley. Sperry Van Ness’ Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg served as the only brokers involved in the negations.
