Sinema Votes to Provide Certainty for Arizona Families, Small Businesses

-

WASHINGTON, D.C. – April 17, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema today voted in favor of H.R. 1105, legislation to repeal the estate tax and provide certainty for Arizona families and small businesses.

“I’ve heard from small business owners throughout Arizona about the challenges of estate tax planning. Robert, a farmer from Casa Grande, worries he could leave his family with a tax bill they can’t afford, forcing them to sell parts of their farm and jeopardizing their livelihood. This bill relieves Robert and other Arizona families from the burdens of estate tax planning, creates certainty for their futures, and helps their businesses grow and succeed.”
