Sale Transactions:
Andrea Davis and Josh Landers of NAI Horizon and Ward Reeves of Real Estate Partners collaborated on a $469,800, 3,240 SF office sale transaction representing both parties. JClark, LLC of Scottsdale was the seller and BRX2 Properties, LLC was the buyer.
Chad Neppl, Jeff Hays and Barbara Lloyd sold a 16,542 SF industrial building at 1118 S. Central Ave. in Phoenix for $350,000. NAI Horizon represented the seller, Zion’s First National Bank. The buyer was RRS & Co., LLC of Tempe and was represented by Commercial Properties Inc.
Lease Transactions:
Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented the tenant, Goldman Group XI, LLC in a 15-year, 6,200 SF retail lease at 4710 E Warner Rd. in Phoenix. The landlord, S/H Ahwatukee Square, LLC of Phoenix was represented by Max Bippus of CB Richard Ellis.
Tom Weinhold represented the tenant on a 5-year, 4,856 SF industrial distribution building at 8957 W. Windsor Dr. in Peoria. Kyle Westfall and Steve Sayre of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord Distribution Unlimited, LLC.
Peggy Johnson & Leslie Zavos negotiated a 3-year, 1,506 SF office lease at Hayden Park, 10603 N. Hayden Rd. in Scottsdale on behalf of the landlord, Hayden Park, Inc. Steve Cross of Cross Commercial Realty Advisors represented the tenant, Kory Blythe, DDS.
Peggy Johnson & Leslie Zavos represented the landlord, JTR Casa Real, LLC in a 5-year, 855 SF retail lease at Lexington Place, 3416 N. 3rd St. in Phoenix. The tenant is Split Personality, LLC.
Mark Wilcke negotiated a 3-year, 3,960 SF industrial lease on behalf of the tenant, Lage Manufacturing, LLC of Mesa. Rod Crotty of Cutler Commercial represented the landlord, CLOD, LLC, DC23, LLC and RGA Properties, LLC.
