PHOENIX, AZ – January 10, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Barbara Lloyd sold a 5,400 SF office building at 18342 N Cave Creek Road in Phoenix representing Chaparral Leasing Inc. for $900,000. The buyer was Hatfield Real Estate Co. LLC of Glendale. Mark Linsalata of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
Brokers Tom Young and Patrick Sheehan represented the sellers James Wilbur and Joann Harry of Mesa on the sale of their 1,876 SF industrial building at 9 S. 30th St in Phoenix for $150,000. The buyer was Semiray Inspection Services Inc of Glendale.
Lease Transactions:
Rick Foss represented the tenant in a 5-year, 35,525 SF industrial lease plus 15,000 SF expansion at 2850 S. Roosevelt St. in Tempe. The tenant is AutohausAZ of Tempe. The seller, DCT of Denver, was represented by Curtis Brown of Ross Brown Partners.
Laurel Lewis negotiated the lease terms for her tenant Evangelical Christian Publishers Association on a 5-year, 1,595 SF lease at Piedmont Place, 9633 S. 48th St. in Phoenix. The landlord is 48 Piedmont Place LLC. Geoff Turbow of Levrose represented the landlord.
Tom Weinhold represented the landlord Coffman Ranch Co. and Bighorn Land and Livestock LLC on a 5-year, 1,370
SF medical office suite at Baseline Medical Dental Building at 1840-1844 E. Baseline Rd in Tempe. The tenant was Happy Smiles Dental LLC.
Laurel Lewis brought tenant Logos Research Systems to Mesa Financial Plaza at 1201 N. Alma School Rd. The 13-month lease was for 2,111 SF. Matt Nebeker of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord Mesa Financial Plaza LLC.
