Sale Transactions:

David Cravath and Rob Downing negotiated the sale of a 60,402 SF multi-family property for the seller, Realty Partners Charter, LLC. The property is located at 1220 N. 44th Street in Phoenix. Linda Gerchick and Mike Stoholer of Robinson Group represented the buyer, Waitley MTL Plat, LLLP.

Lease Transactions:

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented the landlord, Fortuna Commons Investments, LLC., in a retail lease transaction for a 6,000 SF, 60 month lease at the Fortuna Commons located at 11274 S. Fortuna Road in Yuma, AZ.

Laurel Lewis represented the landlord, Frye Road II, LLC., in the negotiation of a 5 year, 3,879 SF industrial lease at 2545 W. Frye Road in Chandler, AZ.

Peggy Johnson and Leslie Zavos represented the landlord, Silverbell Plaza, LLC., in the negotiation of a 5 year, 2,200 SF retail lease at 10636 N. 71st Way in Scottsdale, AZ.

Laurel Lewis represented the tenant, Dr. Wastchak, in the negotiation of a 36 month, 1,541 SF office lease at 40 W. Baseline Road in Tempe, AZ.

Peggy Johnson represented the landlord, Hayden Park, Inc., in the renewal of a 12 month, 2,580 SF office lease at Hayden Park located at 10603 N. Hayden Road in Scottsdale, AZ. Matt Coxhead with Cushman Wakefield represented the tenant, Apex Learning dba Educational Advancement Academy.

Peggy Johnson represented the landlord, Silverbell Plaza, LLC., in the negotiation of a 1 year, 1,200 SF retail lease at 10636 N. 71st Way in Scottsdale, AZ.

Cameron Harkey represented the tenant, Desert Firearms Finishes, LLC., in the negotiation of a 36 month, 1,575 SF lease at 2240 W. Desert Cove in Phoenix, AZ. Tyler Lupton with Cutler Commercial represented the landlord, J3 Desert Cove, LLC.

Paul Honeycutt and Jennifer Keeler represented both the landlord, Marketplace at Signal Butte, and the tenant, Teri Lisciandra in the negotiation of a 12 month, 1,500 SF retail lease at the Marketplace at Signal Butte located at 10653 E. Apache Trail in Apache Junction, AZ.
