Phoenix, AZ – April 3, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) – Jeff Hays, Chad Neppl and John Filli negotiated the sale for 2.53 Acres for the seller, Hadco Corporation of San Jose, CA for $810,000. The property is located on the SWC of Atlanta Avenue and 36th Street in Phoenix. Bob Kling of Lee and Associates represented the buyer, Vise/Corona Property, LLC.
Chad Neppl and Jeff Hays negotiated the sale for a 10,196 SF industrial building representing the seller, SFG Properties, LLC of Bellevue, WA for $715,000. The property is located at 4041 West Milky Way in Chandler, AZ.
Barbara Lloyd represented the seller, Republic Bank AZ, on the sale of a 2,301 SF property located at 3220 South Gilbert, Chandler, AZ, for $285,000.
Laurel Lewis sold a 3,439 SF office building for $280,000 at 1830 South Alma School in Mesa representing the Seller Larry G. Little. The buyer was GBG Holdings, LLC of Mesa. Tanner Milne of Menlo Group represented the buyer.
Lease Transactions:
Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented the tenant, JEG FIT Lindsay & Broadway in Mesa, LLC, in a retail lease transaction for a 25,000 SF, 10-year lease at Lindsay Marketplace; 2694 East Broadway Road, Mesa, AZ.
Peggy Johnson and Leslie Zavos represented the Landlord, M & M Suites, Inc., in the negotiation of a 12 month, 645 SF office lease at 927 West Hatcher Road in Phoenix, AZ.
