Phoenix, AZ – March 6, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) – Barbara Lloyd, Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega negotiated the sale of a 35,518 SF, retail building for the seller, Deutsche Bank of Houston, TX, for $875,000. The location is 4434-4450 W. Thomas Road in Phoenix. Mike Clancey of Metro Marketing represented the buyer, Ysenusa 43rd Ave Thomas, LLC.
Lease Transactions:
Tom Weinhold represented the tenant, The Pain Center of Arizona, PC, in a medical office lease transaction for 10,693 SF, 11-year lease at 3900 E. Camelback Center, Phoenix, AZ. The landlord, 3900 Camelback, LLC c/o Ryan Companies U.S., Inc., was represented by Blake Hastings of Cassidy Turley-BRE Commercial.
Laurel Lewis negotiated a 5-year, 1,481 SF office lease at Warner Village Office Condos at 8601 S. Priest Dr., Tempe. Lewis represented the tenant, Henderson Insurance Agency of Arizona, Inc. and Bill Douglas of Upland Group represented on the behalf of the landlord, Upland Group, Inc.
Sharon Reeves represented the landlord, Amiel Properties, LLC in the negotiation for a 5-year, 2,307 SF retail lease at Scottsbell Crossing, 16640 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale. The Tenant, RLF Ventures, LLC was represented by Rein & Grossoehme.
Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega negotiated a 5-year, 1,200 SF retail lease at Glendale Thunderbird Shopping Center, 5830 W. Thunderbird Rd., Glendale. The tenant, TK Howell, Inc. of Camas, WA was represented by Mike Leonard of Catalyst Commercial.
