Coldwell Banker’s Laurie Lundeen Named Top Agent For 2011

Torrance, CA – March 21, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Laurie Lundeen, a residential real estate agent out of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Green Valley office, is the top agent of 2011 in the Green Valley/ Sahuarita Association of REALTORS®.<!–more–>

Lundeen credits the honor, which goes to the agent with the highest sales volume among the association’s 300 agents, to her philosophy that all buyers and sellers have their own unique needs and rely on the agent’s knowledge, experience and personal attention to get the job done.

One of Coldwell Banker’s ongoing top producers in the Green Valley region, the Minnesota native has consistently been among the top five producing agents since she joined the Green Valley office in 2002 and has earned the title of the No. 1 individual agent since 2007.

Jim Callery, Coldwell Banker Green Valley’s branch manager says, “Not only did Laurie top the chart in Green Valley, she was also the No.1 producer for Coldwell Banker in all of Tucson and Green Valley combined earning the Top Producer in Southern Arizona Award – quite an achievement indeed.”

Throughout her career, Lundeen has developed an effective system of planning specific processes for every aspect of real estate. By utilizing her expertise in mortgage financing, escrow, and home presentation, Lundeen makes each of her clients’ experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.

“Laurie is a very well-informed agent and is knowledgeable of the Green Valley market,” added Bob Davis, a Green Valley resident who Lundeen has represented for the past seven years and for three separate residential transactions. “She is honest, hard-working and has one of the best communicative skills I’ve seen in both the listing and showing side of real estate.”

Callery echoed Davis’ comments: “Laurie is dedicated and always has the best interest of her client in mind. She is a true leader in the real estate community and I look forward to her continued success at Coldwell Banker.”

“It was more than just the national brand and name recognition that brought me to Coldwell Banker in Green Valley,” said Lundeen. “Green Valley is a wonderful retirement community and I really enjoy helping people in this new, exciting stage of their lives. Working with Coldwell Banker allows me to utilize its training programs and resources to attend to this special group of people.”

Lundeen is a member of the Green Valley Association of REALTORS® and currently belongs to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for both Green Valley and Tucson. She can be reached at the Coldwell Banker Green Valley office at (520) 256-4000.
