Heavey began her real estate career in 2002 with the Coldwell Banker Biltmore office. Quick to establish herself as a top producing sales associate she earned Rookie of the Year accolades in 2003, laying the foundation to an illustrious sales portfolio which accumulated over $100 million in closed sales since that time.
In 2009, Paige Heavey was named among the Top 25 Women in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal, and in 2007, she completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
Prior to a successful real estate career, Heavey worked as a business consultant for Accenture and later as the chief people officer at an Arizona based technology firm Calence.
In addition to the appointment of Paige Heavey, Coldwell Banker has named Reggie Sanchez the assistant manager for the Scottsdale Carefree branch location in addition to the Scottsdale 101 branch and Gil Smith the manager of record for the Scottsdale Pinnacle Peak branch location.
Reggie Sanchez, a veteran broker for Coldwell Banker, has served the company as an assistant manager for the past six years at the Scottsdale 101 branch location and will be splitting his assistant management responsibilities between the two branches.
With over 29 years of real estate sales and management experience, Gil Smith has been with Coldwell Banker since 2007 and will help lead the sales support team within the Pinnacle Peak office.
Both gentlemen will be working under the direction of Heavey to provide enhanced managerial support to the sales associates and staff members within those offices.
