GPE Commercial Advisors (gpe1.com) reported closing 18 commercial transactions in the amount of $5.6M for 355,515 square feet in February 2012.

– $3.6M in commercial sales (327,393 SF)
– $2M in commercial leases (28,122 SF)
– One business sale for $100,000.00

Apache Junction, AZ – Heavens Medical, PLC purchased 10,040 SF for $395,000 at 105 South Delaware Drive. Bret Isbell and Russell Fine represented the seller.

Medical Sales

Phoenix, AZ – HealthSouth Corporation, the nation’s largest owner and operator of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in terms of revenues, number of hospitals, and patients treated and discharged, purchased 299,429 SF for $2,620,030 at Algodon Medical Office Park, Lots 8, 9, and portion of Lot 10. Julie A. Johnson, CCIM, represented the buyer.

Medical Leases

Phoenix, AZ – A pain management center leased 3,390 SF at Camelback Medical Plaza, 5040 North 15th Avenue. Kathleen M. Morgan, CCIM, and Trisha A. Talbot, CCIM, represented the landlord.

Scottsdale, AZ – A laboratory leased 2,859 SF at Scottsdale Ridge, 21803 North Scottsdale Road. Kathleen M. Morgan, CCIM, and Nicholas A. Pelusio represented the tenant.

Phoenix, AZ – An urgent care center leased 2,826 SF at Estrella Health Center, 9250 West Thomas Road. Julie A. Johnson, CCIM, Bret Isbell and Russell Fine represented the landlord.

Lake Havasu City, AZ – A laboratory leased 1,445 SF at 1915 McCulloch Boulevard. Kathleen M. Morgan, CCIM, and Nicholas A. Pelusio represented the tenant.

Gilbert, AZ – A property management service leased 1,098 SF at 1420 North Greenfield Road. Trisha A. Talbot, CCIM, Kathleen M. Morgan, CCIM, and Amy Dattilo represented the landlord.
