Brokers Join Forces to Become Lee & Associates Arizona’s Largest Office Leasing & Sales Team
Phoenix, AZ – January 27, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates Arizona Principals Mike McQuaid, Mike Garlick and Chris Krewson have come together to form the largest office brokerage team in the Lee & Associates Arizona’s office. Totaling more than 50 years of service in the Phoenix office market, the three Lee & Associates principals will draw upon a deep pool of experience to meet the needs of their clients.
The new team is well-versed in office lease and sale transactions throughout the Valley and will be active in brokering deals in all Phoenix submarkets. The brokers’ recent and notable transactions include representing Cole Capital in the relocation of their headquarters to 112,000 square feet in the 24th at Camelback II development; AT Security Services’ relocation from California to 58,100 square feet in north Scottsdale; Wal-Mart’s regional headquarters expansion to 21,700 square feet in the Gateway area; and Dibble Engineering’s 21,400-square foot lease renewal in the East Phoenix submarket.
About Mike McQuaid
Mike McQuaid, has more than 20 years experience in the local office market. Mike was a broker with CBRE before joining Lee & Associates. He also attended University of Arizona and earned a bachelor of science degree in business. Mike and his father founded the McQuaid Foundation, which provides college scholarships for deserving students. Additionally, Mike is heavily involved with the Phoenix Thunderbirds. He is currently the organization’s Big Chief and served as the Tournament Chairman for the 2011 Waste Management Phoenix Open, which helped raise more than $4 million for local Charities. Finally, Mike participates in the Executive Council for the Phoenix Boys and Girls Clubs.
About Mike Garlick
Mike Garlick, a native Phoenician, is a member of NAIOP and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). SIOR membership is limited to only the most knowledgeable, experienced and ethical office and industrial brokers. Prior to Lee & Associates Arizona, Mike was a broker with CBRE Phoenix and he earned a bachelor of science degree in political science from the University of Arizona. Mike donates both his time and money to Sunshine Acres Children’s Home and Ryan House.
About Chris Krewson
Chris Krewson is also a member of NAIOP and is an active member of Corenet. He was a broker at CBRE in Phoenix before arriving at Lee & Associates Arizona, and earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Arizona. Chris earned the 2010 NAIOP Deal of the Year Award and was acknowledged as the Carlson Dealmaker of the Year in 2007. Chris is also a member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee.
