Sale Transactions:

Mark Wilcke represented the buyer, the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on two land parcels at 2411-2414 N. Old Gilbert Road in Mesa, for $650,000 (3.91 AC) and $400,000 (2.81 AC) respectively. The parcels were sold by Jerry Lee Newsome Revocable Living Trust and Robert Newsome Revocable Living Trust, respectively. Stephan R. Hale represented both sellers.

Jeff Haysand Chad Neppl represented Zion’s Bank of Salt Lake City, UT in the sale of a 17,021 SF industrial building at 4725 E. Ivy St. in Mesa for $900,000. Ken Hansen with Cassidy Turley represented the buyer, RBS Investments, LLC.

Tom Weinhold negotiated the sale of a 6,100 SF former bank building for the buyer, Dr. Paul Vaughn and Miriam Vaughn for $550,000. The freestanding building is located at 1940 N. Alma School Rd. in Chandler. Nick Miner and David Verwer of J & J Commercial Properties represented the seller.

Lease Transactions:

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega negotiated a 5-year, 5,100 SF retail lease for the landlord, CP6SP, LLC located at Southern Palms Plaza, 1522 E. Southern Ave. in Tempe. Norberto Robles of Keller Williams represented the tenant Los Reyes de la Torta #2.

Stacie Harrison and George Long represented the tenant, Airpark Consignment on a 3-year, 6,350 SF industrial lease at Redfield Center, 7848 E Redfield Rd, Scottsdale. The landlord 7848 Cimarron, LLC was represented by Randy Shell of Shell Commercial.

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega negotiated a 4,585 SF, 3-year retail lease at 7000 E. McDowell Rd. in Scottsdale for the landlord Cercidium Holdings LLC.

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented Macerich on the 3-year, 1,301 SF retail lease at The Market at Estrella Falls, 2025 N. Pebble Creek Pkwy., Goodyear.

Paul Honeycutt and Jennifer Keeler represented both sides of a 1,800 SF, 12-month retail lease at The Marketplace at Signal Butte, 10653 E. Apache Trail, Apache Junction. The tenant was Teri Lisciandra.
