Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Appoints Lynn Murtagh Manager of Scottsdale Carefree Office
SCOTTSDALE, AZ – August 25, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has tapped Lynn Murtagh as the new manager of its Scottsdale Carefree office. Currently the manager of the Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Peak office, in her new role, she will oversee operations of the two offices in the region, which encompasses over 100 sales professionals.

She replaces former manager, Heidi Stamp, who has stepped down from her management role to devote much needed time to her six children. Heidi remains with Coldwell Banker as an associate broker in the Biltmore office.

Part of the Coldwell Banker family since 2000, Murtagh successfully managed the Coldwell Banker Mesa office prior to leading the Pinnacle Peak office. Her extensive leadership experience allows her to provide the necessary tools, resources and real-time information to her agents to become successful Realtors. A graduate of Arizona State University, she also holds a master’s degree in business from Eastern Michigan University.
The Scottsdale Carefree office is located at 33765 N. Scottsdale Road Suite 101, on the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Westland. Located just 8 miles away, the Pinnacle Peak office is located at 23435 N. Pima Road, #173 on the southeast corner of Pinnacle Peak and Pima Roads.
