Grijalva today congratulated Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC), a community development non-profit corporation with offices throughout the state, on its new $400,919 grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development program to provide technical assistance in the construction of 30 homes in Santa Cruz County.
