City Seeks Proposals for Residential Property Rehabilitation
August 16, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — The city of Phoenix is seeking proposals for the rehabilitation of a city-owned residential property at 50 W. Mariposa St. The city will hold a pre-submittal meeting at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 16, at Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., first floor, assembly room D.The pre-submittal meeting will provide an opportunity for proposers to ask questions about the Request for Proposals (RFP).
The site consists of historic residential structures, located on the north side of Mariposa Street between Central and Third avenues, in the Pierson Place Historic district and the Transit Overlay District.
The property must be owner-occupied for a minimum of three years and proposers must agree to use all of the property for single-family residential use only.
Submissions for the Mariposa RFP are due by 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8.
