Terry Goddard, Eric Holder to Take Part in Mortgage Fraud Summit Thursday

Phoenix, AZ – March 24, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Attorney General Terry Goddard said today he will join U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and other members of the recently formed Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force at a Mortgage Fraud Summit meeting Thursday in Phoenix.

The meeting will be the second such summit held nationally, following one held last month in Miami.  Attorney General Holder is visiting cities around the country hardest hit by mortgage fraud to examine trends, discuss strategies with state and local law enforcement officials and hear from affected community members.

A press conference will be held at noon, and Goddard will be available to answer additional questions at its conclusion.
