Phoenix, AZ – July 6, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — RE/MAX Excalibur Realty, RE/MAX Fine Properties and RE/MX Professionals, three of the most successful real estate companies in Arizona, have ranked among the top residential real estate brokerages in the state based on “The List” survey published annually by the Phoenix Business Journal.
RE/MAX was the only company to place three brokerages in the top-21 rankings based on 2010 local residential sales volume, with RE/MAX Excalibur Realty leading the pack at No. 6, followed by RE/MAX Fine Properties (No. 7) and RE/MAX Professionals (No. 12). The three RE/MAX brokerages averaged 16.3 transactions per agent, proving that RE/MAX agents helped more home buyers and sellers than any other national real estate brand in 2010.
In addition, RE/MAX can lay claim to 15 of the top-50 individual residential real estate agents based on total dollar volume closed in 2010, nearly double the volume of its next competitor. RE/MAX placed seven agents in the top-20, while no other company had more than three. Don Matheson (RE/MAX Fine Properties), Nate Martinez (RE/MAX Professionals) and Andrew Bloom (RE/MAX Excalibur Realty) all held down spots in the top-10.
“We are extremely pleased with our presence and performance in Arizona and we are thrilled and honored to be recognized in ‘The List,’” said Nick Bailey, Vice President and Regional Director of the RE/MAX Southwest Region. “RE/MAX agents have worked hard to gain the trust of both buyers and sellers in Arizona, and this is proof that experienced and trained agents will have the most success in helping families buy and sell their homes.”
“The List,” according to the Phoenix Business Journal, ranks hundreds of the hottest area companies in their fields to determine the market leaders in Arizona.
RE/MAX has long been recognized as a leader in the real estate industry. Two respected national surveys, the REAL Trends 500 and the RIS Media Power Broker, show RE/MAX agents continue to outperform their competitors, selling more homes, assisting more families, and leading all other national real estate companies in sales performance.
“Not only can buyers and sellers rely on our experienced agents,” says Bailey, “but also on the strength of the company that stands behind them.”
