The buyer was the Garold C. Brown and Carol A. Brown Trust of Tucson and was represented by Garland Shaw of Ventura Properties, LLC.
Jeff Hays and Chad Neppl represented both sides of the transaction of a 2,178 SF building at 2925 N. 29th St. in Phoenix for $177,848. The buyer was GRSI on 29th LLC of Tempe. The seller was Jim and Myra Weir of Tempe.
Laurel Lewis negotiated a 4-year, 2,248 SF office lease for tenant Horizon Home Health at Plaza at Squaw Peak, 7500 N. Dreamy Draw Dr. in Phoenix. The landlord, Plaza Squaw Peak LLC was represented by Christopher Krewson of Lee & Associates.
Lewis Lewis represented the landlord Frye Road II LLC of Tempe in the 5 year lease of 21,374 SF at Chandler 101, 444 S. Ellis St. in Chandler. Josh Wyss and Bruce Calfee of Cassidy Turley BRE represented the tenant, INSYS Therapeutics Inc.
