The Class A offi ce building is owned by Gateway Tempe, LLC, a subsidiary of Vulcan, Inc., Microsoft President & CEO Paul Allen’s Seattlebased real estate investment and development company. The 13,021 SF space will be on the second fl oor and brings occupancy of the building to over 80 percent.
