Elizabeth Arden Spas Sets Up Offi ce in Downtown Tempe With 11-Year Lease
TEMPE, AZ – December 18, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Elizabeth Arden Spas has signed an 134-month, 13,021 SF lease at Tempe Gateway, 222 S. Mill Ave. in Downtown Tempe to serve as their retail operations hub for the U.S.
The Class A offi ce building is owned by Gateway Tempe, LLC, a subsidiary of Vulcan, Inc., Microsoft President & CEO Paul Allen’s Seattlebased real estate investment and development company. The 13,021 SF space will be on the second fl oor and brings occupancy of the building to over 80 percent.
