Marc Krebs Appointed New Relocation Director for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arizona
October 15, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arizona is pleased to announce the appointment of its new relocation director, Marc Krebs. Krebs will manage the Arizona offices located throughout Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott and the River Cities.
Krebs has been featured as a speaker at many industry meetings and events. He has served on the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ Relocation Advisory Council and has been on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati Relocation Council. He received the President’s Service Award from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, and earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC).

Before transitioning to Coldwell Banker, Krebs began his relocation career working for Llewellyn Realtors in Rockville, Md., as its relocation director and marketing director. He moved to Chicago in 1997 to work for broker network Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ (formerly RELO®) as executive director of network resources. While at RELO®, he worked with more than 800 real estate brokerages from all over the U.S. He was responsible for the design and implementation of the data management software during his tenure there.
Krebs was born and raised in York, Pa., and graduated from Messiah College in Grantham, Pa.
