Foreclosure Prevention Forum Set with Representatives from Wells Fargo
July 8, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — Fannie Mae and the city of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department are partnering to provide homeowners an opportunity to meet with lenders and HUD certified housing counselors to discuss foreclosure prevention options 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 8.
“We had a great response to our foreclosure prevention event in May,” said Jerome Miller, director, Neighborhood Services. “This is an example of building partnerships to make Phoenix neighborhoods the best they can be.”
Participating lender is Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo representatives and Housing Counselors will meet one-on-one with customers facing the possibility of foreclosure to discuss various prevention options, including President Barack Obama’s “Making Home Affordable” program.
