Phoenix, AZ – December 7, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Sperry Van Ness – SVN Partners announced the sale of the 8,160-square foot Summit at Chandler Heights retail strip center located at 955 W. Chandler Heights Road in Chandler, Arizona for $525,000, or approximately $14.19 per square foot. The building was 59% occupied with CPA Express, and Spartan Training, and Victoria Nails.
The buyer Granite Peak out of Casper Wyoming had purchased the adjacent building from the FDIC earlier in the year. The Transaction was negotiated by Shari Tucker-Gasser on behalf of the buyer and the seller (Peoples Bank in Ohio) was self-represented.
