SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ — The Lyle Anderson Company, Inc. has announced that on November 5, a limited number of Nalu Kai Homesites will be available for sale to the public at Hokuli’a, which is being developed by 1250 Oceanside Partners, the latest Lyle Anderson Company community on the Island of Hawai’i.
The community of Hokuli'a consists of 1,550 acres, spanning three miles along the gorgeous Kona Coast of the Island of Hawai'i, minutes from the coastal town of Kailua-Kona.
Lyle Anderson's goal is to make Hokuli'a the finest oceanside, residential living in the world. The sheltered climate provides gentle coastal breezes, ideal year-round conditions for outdoor living, golf and water pursuits, free of the strong winds that sometimes affect golf in many other areas of Hawai'i.
Nalu Kai (“Ocean Wave”) homesites at Hokuli'a are at least one acre in size, selling from $2+ million to over $4 million per homesite. Hokuli'a homesites are currently priced to reflect that planned amenity construction has not yet been completed. The Ocean Club and Golf Clubhouse, both part of The Club at Hokuli'a and currently under construction, are scheduled to open in November 2008. Once these planned amenities are built and operational, prices for the real estate will reflect a premium.
Membership in the private Club at Hokuli`a is offered to purchasers of a homesite, with the Golf Membership Contribution valued at $150,000, included in the purchase.
The Club at Hokuli'a's Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, the only private, oceanside golf course on the island, rises from sea level to approximately 400 feet.
