Torrance, CA – April 10, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Marc Krebs, relocation manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Phoenix, Ariz., was recently named to the 2012 board of directors for the Arizona Relocation Alliance (ARA). Krebs will serve as secretary for the board of directors.
Krebs has 20 years of real estate and relocation experience, and has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since July 2010. The Relocation Division he oversees facilitates over 4,000 referrals annually and services corporate transferees from the major relocation management companies and corporations from around the country. The Relocation Division provides area counseling and homefinding tours, online relocation packets, concierge services and rental assistance to the transferees and their families to assist with their relocation into or out of Arizona.
