Arizona State University and is an active member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Offi ce Properties) and specializes in landlord and tenant representation for leasing and sale of industrial properties. Matt has completed over 400 transactions totalling over 3 million SF.
Colton Trauter is a graduate of Arizona State University where he received his degree from the WP Carey School of Business. He is an active member of NAIOP and Executive Council Charities. Colton specializes in representing landlords and tenants in the leasing and sale of commercial offi ce properties. He has completed 300 transactions totalling 4 million SF.
