Fred Pulve of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Receives Realtor Emeritus Award
Fountain Hills, AZ – February 23, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arizona is pleased to announce that Frederick “Fred” Pulve has been honored with an Emeritus Award by the National Association of REALTORS® for his 40 years of continuous dedication in the world of real estate. An experienced veteran, Pulve takes a great deal of pride in being an office broker of such a professional organization.
“This award is truly appreciated and serves to reinforce my life’s work,” said Pulve. “Four decades is a long time, and over half of it with Coldwell Banker, a firm that has enabled me to focus my real estate passion on service to my community. There really isn’t a greater reward than that.”
For 10 years Pulve was vice president and general manager of a large Michigan firm, (which is now Coldwell Banker). He was recruited to Arizona by another large real estate firm to become their vice president and general manager in 1979. Pulve then started his own successful real estate company in 1981 and in 2000 sold the firm to what is now Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. In 1990, he was elected as president of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, and in 1992 became regional vice president of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.
Specializing in residential real estate in Fountain Hills, Pulve, along with three other REALTORS®, convinced 90 percent of the remaining real estate firms throughout the area to join the Board. Together, they started a REALTORS®-based “Fountain Hills Marketing Session.” Pulve was chairman for the first three years. Twenty-six years later, the marketing group is one of the best attended in the Valley of the Sun and has significantly elevated the professional standards in the area.

A Certified Residential Specialist, an honor reserved for the top three percent of the nation’s REALTORS®, Pulve has the necessary experience, in-depth knowledge, and negotiating skills to carry out smooth transactions that are mutually beneficial for both the buyer and seller.
Currently, Pulve serves on the governmental affairs committee as the liaison representing Fountain Hills and is also a member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®’ legislative committee. In his spare time, Pulve volunteers his services to the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and to FEMA.
