This month the company’s Lake Havasu office kicks off its 25th anniversary celebration, which falls on the heels of its national 105th anniversary, which was celebrated last month.

The firm’s Lake Havasu office hired its first agent in April 1986. The company was expanded in 1990 by real estate pioneer Steve Judd, who established Coldwell Banker The Judd Group.
Since then, the firm has grown into one of the region’s powerhouse firms which include a residential-sales, stand-alone commercial operation, a separate property management department and two kiosk satellite offices on the north and south end of town.
Today, the Lake Havasu office comprises three divisions: commercial, which currently holds the No. 1 spot in the region for commercial sales and leasing, residential sales and property management. The local operations have blossomed into the largest combined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage operation of its kind in Arizona.

Lake Havasu Ave. Along with the 48 sales agents, seven licensed property managers and four licensed commercial specialists currently serve the Lake Havasu region for Coldwell Banker. Additionally, the office manages 1,075 properties, including full-time, unfurnished units and seasonal furnished units.
