Sperry Van Ness Negotiates $675K Office Sale in Scottsdale

Scottsdale, AZ – October 7, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Sperry Van Ness – SVN Partners in Greater Phoenix negotiated the $675,000 REO sale of the former L & G Center located at 9188 E. San Salvador in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Neil Sherman, Nicole Ridberg, and Justin Horwitz of Sperry Van Ness’ Phoenix office represented the seller, Centennial Bank. The property was acquired by Mark Siegel, D.O. and Sathish Chari, D.D.S, who was represented by Thomas Weinhold of the NAI Horizon office in Phoenix, Arizona.

Built in 1985, 9188 E. San Salvador is an 11,364 Sq. Ft., multi-tenant office building situated on 0.86 acres. The two-story asset provides a lush garden courtyard setting including a large water fountain and bench seating. The building was 30% occupied at the time of the sale. The users/investors intend to use the rest of the building for medical and dental offices.
