Phoenix, AZ – January 11, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Sperry Van Ness – SVN Partners in Greater Phoenix announced the sale of 2730 S. Val Vista Bld 8N (3,039 SF) & 2680 S. Val Vista Rd. Bld 11(3,039 SF) in the medical and professional office condominium project of Spectrum Falls for $410,265 and $334,290 respectively. The Class-A office buildings were built in 2006 and will both be owner-user occupied. Building 8N included a high-end build out and office furnishings. The buyer of Building 11 has expanded into the purchased space and owns space in another building nearby.
The transaction was negotiated by Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg of Sperry Van Ness – SVN Partners on behalf of the seller. The buyer for Building 11 was represented by Kevin Helland and Nick Pelusio of GPE Commercial. The buyer for Building 8N was represented by Ron Akridge of R.O.I Properties.
