Tucson, AZ – May 10, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — The RE/MAX Southwest Region is proud to announce the opening of RE/MAX Trends in Tucson, Arizona. New Owners, Mindy Sloviter and Lisa Larkin, capitalizing on the recent recovery of the local real estate market and the resurgence of the downtown area, have positioned themselves in the heart of downtown on East Broadway Boulevard between 5th and 6th Avenues and right behind the popular HUB Restaurant. Larkin, Attorney at Law, Sales Agent and the Designated Broker for the new Company, has been an Associate with the RE/MAX network since 2000. Co-owner Sloviter who holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, adopts the RE/MAX Brand as an experienced agent formerly associated with Long Realty Company.

RE/MAX Trends Owner, Mindy Sloviter says there’s no better time to open a new real estate brokerage than now. “There are many opportunities that exist in today’s market, especially for first time homebuyers,” said Sloviter. “Sales and prices are on the upswing, and interest rates remain historically low.”

Larkin and Sloviter are celebrating their Grand Opening on Tuesday May 8th from 4-6pm at the new office located at 131 E. Broadway Boulevard. For more information, contact Mindy Sloviter 520-870-7735 or mindys (at) remax (dot) net.
