Commercial Real Estate Transaction Summary for GPE Companies – March 2012 Results

GPE Companies reported closing 22 commercial real estate transactions and 17 construction supervision projects in the amount of $6.3M for 273,166 square feet in March 2012.

Leasing activity led the month with 19 new and renewing leases executed for 59,817 square feet at $3.7M in consideration.

In three separate sale transactions, 29,304 square feet sold for a total of $1.1M.

GPE Management Services successfully concluded construction supervision of 17 projects totaling $1.5M for 96,936 square feet.

GPE Companies [gpe1.com] reported closing 22 commercial real estate transactions and 17 construction supervision projects in the amount of $6.3M for 273,166 square feet in March 2012.

Leasing activity led the month with 19 new and renewing leases executed for 59,817 square feet at $3.7M in consideration.

In three separate sale transactions, 29,304 square feet sold for a total of $1.1M.

GPE Management Services successfully concluded construction supervision of 17 projects totaling $1.5M for 96,936 square feet.

Phoenix, AZ – F&B MFG, LLC, a manufacturing company, purchased 23,400 SF for $585,000 at 4245 North 40th Avenue. Bret Isbell and Russell Fine represented the seller.

Medical Leases

Glendale, AZ – A behavioral health service leased 10,680 SF at Mount Olive Plaza, 6151 & 6153 W Olive Avenue. Nicholas A. Pelusio and Kevin Helland, MBA, represented the landlord.

Tempe, AZ – A laboratory leased 3,825 SF at 2000 Place Medical Plaza, 2000 East Southern Ave. Kathleen M. Morgan, CCIM, and flagyl 250mg Trisha A. Talbot, CCIM, represented the landlord and Nicholas A. Pelusio represented the tenant.
