Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Greg Hollman Appointed President of MLS Tucson for 2011
Tucson, AZ – January 12, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce Greg Hollman, branch manager of the Foothills office and regional vice president of Southern Arizona, has been appointed 2011 president of Tucson’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Hollman, who has 20 years of real estate experience, will lead the board of directors for the Tucson Association of REALTORS® MLS (TAR/MLS), which has three offices in Tucson, two in Green Valley and one in Oro Valley.

As president, Hollman will be oversee the strategic direction of the organization and will leave and approve its business plans. Leading the board in all MLS matters, Hollman will chair all meetings and be a strong voice for Tucson real estate.
Hollman has proved himself to be a strong, consistent producer in the real estate market. In 2000, Hollman opened the Bear Canyon office of Coldwell Banker Success Realty and managed it until 2001 when he took over the new Foothills office in Tucson and proved himself to be an innovative and proficient manager. Within a short time, the office had become one of the company’s best performing. In 2007, Hollman won the prestigious President’s Council Award which recognizes the Top 20 percent of office managers nationwide.
