Torrance, CA – May 21, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — To meet the growing needs of Southern Arizona’s real estate market, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced two management changes in Arizona: Les Boomer has been appointed regional vice president for the Southern Arizona region and Patty Erickson, longtime assistant branch manager of the Foothills office has been named branch manager of the same office.

Boomer steps in to the role replacing long-time regional vice president of Southern Arizona and branch manager of the Foothills office, Greg Hollman, who remains with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage family as branch manager of the award-winning Sunset Strip office in Los Angeles.

“We heartily congratulate Greg on his new position in California and thank him for his dedication and commitment to Coldwell Banker in Southern Arizona for the past 20 years,” said Malcolm MacEwen, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arizona. “We are also pleased Les has accepted this new position with our company and know he will continue to support the region in the same excellent manger that Greg did.”

A licensed broker since 1980, Boomer began his career in California and immediately became a top producer. His achievements throughout his successful real estate career include being named Rookie of the Year, Man of the Year, and REALTOR® of the Year twice. Since entering management in 1989, his offices won numerous awards under his leadership.

“I am thrilled to accept the new position and look forward to overseeing our six Southern Arizona offices,” said Boomer, whose position includes working alongside newly named branch manager for the Foothills office, Patty Erickson. “And as a true testament to the great leaders we have at Coldwell Banker, we welcome Patty to her new management position and know she will bring a wealth of real estate knowledge and insight.”

In her new role, Erickson, a long-time assistant branch manager for the Foothills office will manage the office and its 110 agents. A licensed REALTOR® since 1997, Erickson has a background in both the legal and education fields, which will continue to contribute greatly in her new position as branch manager. An Arizona resident since 1987, Erickson is deeply entrenched in the local market and is also an associate broker who specialized in luxury properties, second homes and first-time homebuyers.

“I’m looking forward to this new challenge and the continuing opportunity to work alongside the most professional and ethical agents in our industry,” said Erickson.
